Payments & invoicing
How CATR’s customer payments, invoices and supplier settlements fit together.
Version: 2026-11-01-v1
Your payment counterpart
You buy from and pay CATR ApS. Stripe processes card payments; Shine/Billy supports CATR’s invoicing and bookkeeping. Your supplier does not invoice you directly.
Payment deadlines
More than 14 calendar days before the event: 10% of the accepted total is payable immediately; 90% is payable 14 calendar days before the event. On or after that due date: one full payment is due immediately. Deposit and balance invoices show the accepted amount and due date. Payment terms use Europe/Copenhagen and the event’s accepted date.
Deposit and administration fee
The 10% deposit is credited against the total invoice price. CATR’s remuneration is already included in the price shown before booking; there is no additional 10% administration surcharge. The supplier receives its separately agreed price. Payment does not change an accepted quote’s amount.
Find and pay your invoice
Your confirmed order in CATR shows its invoice, PDF, outstanding balance and available payment options. Use the bank details and exact payment reference on your invoice if paying by transfer. A test invoice is clearly marked DEMO and is not sent to live bookkeeping.
VAT and foreign customers
Standard taxable sales for events performed in Denmark use 25% Danish VAT. A foreign customer does not by itself change the place of supply of catering performed in Denmark. Overseas events, separately supplied exempt services and other exceptions require a specific assessment and written quote. Reminder fees are VAT-exempt and are never added as 25%-VAT sales lines.
Official referenceLate payment
CATR may send a free payment reminder and reviews arrears manually after seven days. A fee-bearing reminder is never automatic: an administrator must check that there is a reasonable basis and no unresolved reasonable objection. At most three fees of up to DKK 100 may be charged for the same claim, at least ten days apart; the earliest planned dates are days +3, +13 and +23 after the due date.
Official referenceManual follow-up
Interest may be claimed only after manual review and only from the date permitted by the Danish Interest Act, using the statutory reference rate plus eight percentage points and the correct period. There is no interest on fees or interest without a lawful basis. An unpaid order is not cancelled automatically. Debt collection requires its own valid notice and review.
