Supplier terms
Commercial terms for suppliers delivering CATR orders. Review the specific scope and price before accepting.
Version: 2026-11-01-v1
1. Agreed scope and price
The supplier reviews the order scope, price, dates and these displayed terms before approving. Its approval commits the offered supply; the organizer’s subsequent confirmation creates the customer booking. The supplier price includes the supplier’s applicable VAT and all stated costs. Extra charges require CATR’s written approval in advance. The supplier invoices CATR, not the customer.
2. Food safety and dietary requirements
The supplier is responsible for food safety, temperatures and its own food-safety controls. All stated allergies and dietary requirements must be met. If the supplier cannot meet them, it must reject the order immediately and inform CATR.
3. Delays and missing delivery
For delay attributable to the supplier, the reduction is 15% at 15–30 minutes, 30% above 30 through 60 minutes, and 60% above 60 minutes. Reductions apply once, without stacking, to the affected delivery’s agreed supplier price excluding VAT; any VAT follows the corrected price. No payment is due for an undelivered part. CATR documents the issue and gives the supplier a chance to respond. No automatic deduction is made for customer-caused delay or verified force majeure. No double compensation is taken for the same loss.
4. Supplier cancellation
Notify CATR immediately if delivery is at risk. If the supplier cancels less than 72 hours before the accepted start, it covers reasonable, documented additional replacement costs attributable to its breach. For ordinary negligence, total delay deductions and replacement compensation are capped at the affected order’s agreed supplier price excluding VAT. The cap does not cover intent, gross negligence, personal injury or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
5. Customer relationship
The supplier may contact the customer only as needed to fulfil the order or with CATR’s written approval. It must not use CATR order data for marketing or actively bypass CATR to sell competing services to a customer introduced through CATR for 12 months after the relevant event. The restriction does not cover a documented pre-existing customer relationship or general advertising not targeted using CATR data.
6. Supplier invoice
The supplier invoices CATR ApS, never the end customer, at the agreed supplier price. Include the order reference and applicable invoice and VAT information. An approved settlement is not proof that a bank transfer has taken place.
7. Manual settlement
Settlement is due 10 calendar days after the event when delivery is approved, a valid supplier invoice and verified payout details have been received, and the customer payment covering the supply has cleared. If a condition is completed later, settlement is due within five banking days after all conditions are met. A due date on a non-banking day moves to the next banking day. CATR reviews each settlement manually and pays by a separate bank transfer. A disputed part may be held with reasons; an undisputed eligible part is not held merely because another part is disputed.
8. Data, disputes and language
Use customer data solely to fulfil the agreed supply and protect it from unauthorised disclosure. Notify CATR promptly of a security incident. Raise settlement objections with documentation to team@catr.io. Danish law and ordinary Danish venue rules apply; the Danish version prevails. Accepted order terms are preserved and later website changes do not alter them.
